在停电的情况下：操作时，先把电源开关关闭，把大齿轮正后方的制动舌头放下，确认放下后，把电力制动器推杆松开，然后再把本厂配备的随机带的手柄两件按在减速机高速轴两端，两手柄一上一下，按好后方可工作。
